Slow taking drive through order. Only one car in front of me. Got to window, staff messing about. Could not see any effort to make my order, no explanation as to wait so I drove off and went to Taco Bell where I had great service.

Had a boneless banquet and the chips were cold. Pepsi was flat. Ordered a table service and ended up going to the counter to collect my food as the staff couldn't be arsed to bring it to me could blaintly tell as they were standing around talking Took 45 mins to clean tables . Ladies toilets stunk of stale wee  Wheelchair accessibility: Has a button on entrance door for wheelchair users but it doesn&#39;t work and staff aren&#39;t willing to sorry it out so technically not wheelchair accessible

This place is really going downhill. They always get orders wrong abs miss items. The chips are cold and taste old. Service is slow. And it’s getting worse and worse.

I went to get some food just after 10 when I finished work when it says they are open until 11 to be told in a snotty way we are closed and not making any food. To which I responded it says you are open until 11pm you should be serving until you close. This isn’t the first time kfc have let me down.

This is apparently a zinger tower meal ..... Upon ringing to make a complaint we were only offered a voucher for our next visit ! Made to travel back to the store for a replacement burger  with the original as proof. Terrible service , spend your money elsewhere.

Worst franchise ever! Consistently run out of a variety of things. Quality is always poor. Definitely last time we will ever go back.

So disappointed with KFC, we've had take out a few times now & every time, they forget a part of our order. I'm not going to bother in future. It just takes the wet, when you spend £30 -£40 on a visit & have to go back or ring & complain.

If I could have scored. 0 star I would have.  Called there Sunday around 6ish and ordered the 8 piece boneless box that should have included 8 pieces of chicken, 4 fries popcorn chicken bottle of pop and dips, plus 2 sides, 1 coleslaw and 1 beans. When we got it home and went to dish up we had 6 pieces of chicken, don’t know how many chips because they had all fallen out into the bag, a lot of the chips were un edible as they had black marks on lots of them that indicated the chips had seen better days.We had a third of a tub of beans that were dry on top and looked like they were left over from someone’s meal, no dips, and to top it off no receipt in the bag. I tried ringing them but got diverted to an extension number that no one answered. I emailed customer service and they didn’t have the decency to get in touch with me. I really felt like going back and chucking the whole lot over the counter. This is not the first time I’ve had a bad meal there but I gave the benefit of the doubt and it was a big mistake. My opinion is AVOID AVOID AVOID absolutely disgraceful. Should anyone from KFC feel like contacting me please do.  I WONT HOLD MY BREATH

You seldom get everything you ordered especially through the drive throu .Today being no exception. Ordered a wicked zinger meal towered and got a zinger in a bun , not towered and no hot wings. Check your order before leaving as mistakes by staff are common place here.

The service here is always slow... This might be due to delivery orders ? If using the drive through always check your order before driving off as quite often your order will be missing something, i find that even if you have ordered a sharing bucket/meal that is supposed to have dips they'll probably not be in the bag.
