People were nice to you when it came to the vaccine. Very gentle and like to make you laugh.
It's was all so much good for the biggest checks of covid test.
Very useful store for all of your technology needs, outside of the devices themselves. If I have ever had a connectivity, connected home or storage problem, I've been to these guys and they have had the solution, and at a decent price. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable too. Only downside is the parking isn't cheap, or particularly plentiful.
Never seem to have as much in stock as other maplin stores! The order in service is available but takes longer than ordering to your house. The staff are very helpful and friendly and the missing two stars is nothing to do with them!
This is one of the first stores once you enter the Westgate Park. Its a good technology shop and you can find the usual electronic gadgets and weird and wonderful gizmos. Staff are very friendly and always have a smile on their faces. Their customer service is great too on occasions when the goods turned out to be faulty. Most of the staff are tech savvy, but not all. The only problem is with parking. During busy periods its difficult to find a parking spot nearby. And you have to pay for the parking too minimum 90p per hour

Maplin is usually overpriced but offers convenience in that you can reserve a product for collection the same day. Staff are very rarely knowledgeable in anything more than the basics but at least they try. The Basildon store is does offer the occasional good money off deal.
Rubbish if you're looking for a graphics card, excellent if you're after a covid jab...
MASSIVE SHAME MAPLINS HAVE NOW SHUT DOWN. Used to love this store and the guys were normally very knowledgeable they were pretty good for sales and refunds and were always on hand to advise. SAD LOSS TO THE HIGH STREET :-
