Fast efficient and sensible prices

I have dealt with this firm for over 10 years. They have supplied me with both my Computers and Printers all at a competitive prices. More importantly the back up service from all departments is superb. I am an elderly man whose knowledge of the system is not good,but all my requirements are met by this company with skill kindness and patience. The charges made are reasonable,problems corrected promptly and as a customer I feel valued. I would have no hesitation advising potential customers to use them.

This firm is staffed by calm, courteous and honest people who really know about computers. They will go to endless trouble even it if is only to establish that there is nothing wrong with your computer and you just need a new screen. This happened to me this week. They could easily have taken advantage of my ignorance and sold me a new computer instead. On the times when I have needed a new computer they have treated me as if I was a really important customer even though my computer needs are very basic. They explain carefully and in simple language the possible options and I have never been disappointed in their service. It is always worthwhile getting them to set up the computer for you as well.

I gave them my HP laptop for repairs. They kept it almost 2 months, then said its motherboard problem. Its not worth fixing it. And charged 35 £ for the service. Today after 1 year I got in touch with another repair company through online. They asked what the problem is and said the same thing, motherboard problem without even asking for a penny. When I told him a local repair shop said the same thing after 2 months of real hard look at it and charging peanuts for so many hours and days of service, he was laughing at me for a minute. Anyway they have given me a quote of 100£ inclusive of postage, and since this laptop is really dear to me I think I will give them a chance. I would not have written this reveiw after more than a year of this experience if I was not made aware of the fact that my laptop's problem is very common and easily detectable by any good repair person, which these island guys are definitely not. In my opinion they don't even deserve 1 star.
