I’ve been to this store a few times over the last couple of years, every time, no matter who I get, the staff are so friendly and helpful and actually know what they are talking about, if they are unsure they look it up on the net right in front of you.  A few times I’ve even had them suggest a nearby competitor store that might have something they don’t have in stock and check it online on the competitors website.  It’s excellent service and is what keeps me going back to them as my first choice to purchase from.

The staff are very friendly, always asking if you need any help. And they'll try their best to find a solution for you, even if it's not something they sell or do. The also do installations and assist packages (for anyone who needs help using technical products or computers at home).

Electronic good sold here, there is a range of high end stuff for home automation and alike for more basic IT gear, but if you're thinking super high stuff like the Phantom speakers by Devialet forget it.
