Love B&O equipment it is well thought out and very stylish. Popped in to have a look at what the Beovision range is all about. The lines and elegance really put this above everything else on the market. If you are looking for distinctive lines and finish with great performance then spend that bit of extra money to go for the best. Well recommended and believe the B&O equipment is top class.

Extremely poor customer service. I bought a B&O phone which it turned out was not compatible with fibre optic. I took it back after a couple of days of purchase and explained the problem and the member of staff told me to leave the phone with him and he would speak to the manager about refunding me and that he would call me when he had done so. Three weeks went by without a call. I called the store and the staff member said he had forgotten all about it but he would speak to the manager later that day and call back tomorrow. No apology. Still no call so I went into the store and the staff member said he had again forgotten to ask the manager but he would do so the next day (again no apology). Still he did not call so I called the store and he had yet again forgotten to ask the manager but he said he was due in within the hour and he would speak to him and call me back. Several hours passed without a call so I called the store and the staff member said that unfortunately the manager would not refund me because there was nothing wrong with the phone and it was not their fault it did not work with fibre optic. After all the money I have spent in that store I would have expected a lot better service. They are nice to you when they want to sell you something but no help at all if anything goes wrong. I will never shop at any B&O again and could certainly not recommend them.
