I was experiencing some issues with the boiler. The plumber was very clean. He created very little mess and also wore shoe covers for hygienic purposes!

I had an appointment with this company, they gave an evening time to me. However, I requested them to come during the day time as my kids will be in school and it will be convenient for me to attend them. They understood my concern and booked the appointment according to me! Thank you for this!

This is not a Blackheath based plumbing business as the address would suggest. They did have an 'operative' in the Blackheath area though who got to the address quickly. The report I got back was that my shower was broken - well I could have told them that myself. I asked if he could go back and fix it - which he did and added a £10 shower hose too short for the wall clip. For this I was charged roughly £150. I met the operative later when he came to rod a drain at another property. I found him defensive, sullen and charmless. He actually suggested my tenants should have gone and got a hose for the shower themselves. Dear dear, not an impressive show all round. I couldn't recommend this company at all I'm afraid. Fast but expensive and didn't fix either of my problems. They did give a refund on the shower hose to their credit.
