Poorly priced items in the window, was going to buy a pair of shoes only to be told that the price adjacent to the shoes was for a bag behind the shoes and the actual cost was nearly double. When we decided not to buy and mentioned that the price tag was poorly placed the "manageress" seemed to be laughing and mocking us as we left the shop. We have made many purchases from this shop, no more unless they get their pricing clear and change their attitude to customer care

Very disappointed with the customer service. Enquired about a pair of shoes that was seemingly in the sale, only to be told that the actual price was almost double. The price ticket apparently referred to a handbag, that in my opinion  was poorly placed as it was in between the shoes and a hadbag. Very misleading. When I mentioned this to the sales lady, she thought it was funny and laughed loudly as I was leaving the shop, mocking me. I have purchased items previously but will not be returning.
