Maple Audio provide a brilliant repair service. Martin responded promptly to my email enquiry and offered excellent advice on the repair of my Denon CD player. The price he quoted was very fair a fraction of the replacement cost and he posted it back to me within 48hrs of having receiving it. It is working perfectly again now.
Sent my Marantz KI CD player in for repair It was quickly fixed and returned safely. Good prices for service and would highly recommend .
Great service, my Linn Karik stopped working and made contact with these guys, very responsive and supportive. Shipped it there they diagnosed the fix repaired tested and shipped back in under a week. Very happy and saved me a fortune. Highly recommended.
Needed a replacement for a failing LCD in the radio module Alpine CD73 of my E90 3-series. This is a common failure but the part is difficult to source. I had already searched the internet left and right, ordered a part from China - got delivered the wrong part with no chance of refund, doh. Finally saw it at a very competitive price on Maple Audio. Quick dispatch and the radio is like new now, many thanks.
Very helpful guys, reasonable prices for the service provided. Far cheaper than OE replacement and fast turnaround compared to some other repair shops!
what a team mended my mercedes s class 2008 cd changer would recommend them to any one wanting a radio/cd player repaired and definetly not dear 10 out of 10
As an Independent Mercedes-Benz dealer, we were looking for an audio specialist to assist with some more tricky audio repairs with some older cars and were recommended to use Maple Audio. On the two occasions we have used them so far, they have been excellent. All repairs carried out to our satisfaction and a fair price charged. Without hesitation, we would recommend them.
Button for my 993's Becker ordered the 14th of june. No news by the 4th of july. Answer: Will inquire with post-office. No news after 3 more weeks. New Email and the answer: Will refund you....Not serious! Refunded same day, that at least is serious....
Very disappointing. Wouldn't use them again I'm afraid.
