Walked in to buy a pre-selected product - only needed to get it from the shelves and pay. Was told to join the queue (approx.15 minutes). At the same time, a couple of shop assistants were just chatting in the shop. Not the first time a disappointing experience. Definitely must muscle up their sales team. How long does it take to take a payment? Yet, the shop assistant who talked to us (noticing us finally after being so busy on his device) said ‘all of these other people in the queue needed ‘an interaction’. Not what I needed from them, I needed a product. Why don’t have someone ‘interacting’ and other shop assistants just sell me the thing?

Great shop, charlie the supervisor was very helpful and very knowledgeable. For that reason alone I wanted to give this place a 5 as he helped me out a lot with queries that I had I now know far more about I phones than I did previously. Its also in a good location in Southgate shopping centre.

Adam was extremely helpful and efficient showing a patient understanding of the problem and giving easily understood solutions. It was a pleasure to go into the store.

Not impressed!! Apple Southgate failed on all levels of customer service. My husband had the unfortunate experience of entering this store. Staff not very forthcoming with their assistance. When he finally made contact for the technical support, was advised that he had to make an appointment. Wasn't aware of this. Then he was told that if he gave them his contact number, a text message would be sent to let him know that someone was available to see him. There is only so much time that you can waste in Bath as beautiful as it is. However after 4 1/2hrs of waiting just for a message, it was time to give up the ghost. I thought I would call them - automated message!!! Again not very help. So Apple Southgate you need to do some re-training in store and on phone. If there was a lower rating - it would have been awarded to you. Not impressed, not happy and very disappointed.

Chris saved the day! My daughter bought an expensive Apple phone protector that split a few weeks after purchasing it. She did drop her phone but from no great height and it saved the phone. She went in to speak to them and was brushed off by someone on the shop floor who said that it had done it's job and the warranty had expired and if she wanted to speak someone she had a four hour wait! After a fun time trying to get through on the phone to chat about the matter I did eventually speak with Chris who was objective and, in the end, sorted the problem out by replacing the case.
