Visited the Bath store to purchase a good quality compact camera. The salesperson was very knowledgable indeed, knowing the attributes of each camera and the good and bad points including factors not always obvious or covered in product reviews. So very friendly and not pushy but, most important, really knowledgable about the product. Very pleased with my purchase.

I bought a gh4 here last year at a fantastic  price. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Felix who is very generous and knowledgeable.

Matched the price of a camera I'd seen elsewhere at a lower price. Very pleased. Staff were helpful and took the time to deal with my enquiry despite the shop being busy.
