Fantastic experience with MBbikes. I walked into this shop 3 months ago knowing I wanted a bike to commute with and I had my eye on 2 models. I had little intention to buy at the time. Matt took time to consider my options and then advise on the best model for my requirements. There was no hard selling/pressure, just honest facts. He was able to give me accurate stock and delivery times aswell as technical spec info. I was comfortable and happy thinking that I had made the right decision so I impulse purchased. The bike arrived in perfect condition and after 6/7 weeks of regular commuting I took it back for the 6 week bolt check today. Any small issues I had were dealt with straight away by the mechanic, Nick. The whole experience of buying and now regularly using the bike has been exactly what I wanted, the advice/customer service received from MB has been integral to that. I would not hesitate to buy a bike from here again, you certainly feel like you are liked after by this business.
Went to this shop to look for my first mountain bike I’ve owned since a teenager. I was clueless and needed help and the guy at MB was super friendly and super helpful. Came about a month ago and bought the bike, been very happy with it. Popped in today to get my bike serviced and a few bits added and the bloke there was amazing again. Can’t fault these guys!!
Mat really helped me out of a problem. Serviced my lads bike and really got it working great again. Can't recommend enough.
A gem of a bike shop, friendly knowledgeable service from the owner who spent time helping me choose a bike to suit my needs. Buying local and supporting small businesses is important and I am really happy to have Manual Bikes nearby. Would recommend a visit.
Purchased an eBike a few days ago. The level of customer service is exceptional. I will not be going anyway else for any biking needs be it ebike or manual. VERY happy customer here! Thank you. I'll be in to "pick your brains" in the next day or two :
