Needed a new cassette for my bike.. the staff are friendly and happy to help me they quickly removed part for me as i didn't have the special tool..  we brought the kids bikes from hawk cycles too they service and repair the bikes to a high standard and always complete work in time   will continue using..

Popped by for a new rear mud flap for my bike to replace the previous one that got broke accidentally.  Staff member who served me was friendly, knowledgeable and great chat. Helped me pick out a new mud flap and recommended a particularly good one for just £10.  Great service all round. Cheap, easy fix and was in/out in no time. Perfect!

Knowledgeable staff, affordable bikes, plenty of stock. I bought 3 this morning for Christmas presents and the team were amazing, got all the bikes in perfect working order, mud guards fitted at no extra cost. They even loaded them into the car for me. Will definitely return in the future, thank you.

Was looking for 2 cycles one for our granddaughter, and one for our grandson. Very friendly and polite member of staff . They have a fantastic range of bikes and accessories. The member of staff whose name was Rich ,was so helpful and knowledgeable. My granddaughter also needed a helmet, After her choosing her favourite one ,Rich tried it for size but unfortunately it was too big .Unfortunately they didn’t have my granddaughters size. Rich ,very kindly rang another Branch and was able to secure the size she needed, One very Happy Granddaughter.So Thanks Rich for your exceptional service. So if you are looking for bicycles ,this is the place to go.

Hawk cycles in cradley heath are absolutely fantastic! Store manager Matt was polite, explained everything to me about an electric bike I was purchasing and made sure that i was certain that it was the bike for me! As well as this another worker Mark went up to another store in Milton Keynes to collect my bike for me as they did not have the bike i wanted in stock! very helpful staff very good prices and will help with anything they can! 100% recommend.

Fabulous service right from the first time we walked into the shop to collect. The guys where very helpful. The customer service is excellent even the little texts you get. Highly recommended the shop to anyone looking to buy a bike.

Great service! Good choice of products, good quality and reasonable prices! The staff were excellent and it was a very smooth transaction! The Christmas savers club worked really well! Will use again!

Took a second hand bike in this morning to be serviced and repaired. They did a great job getting everything as good as new and even cleaned it up for me. Very friendly and efficient. Would definitely go back again.

Visited the store on 2 occassions, the Store Manager Matt was very patient with helping my son choose a bike and gave great advice on which bikes would be most suitable. Overall had a fantastic experience with this store. Can’t fault them.
