I've been before and had better experiences on the previous visits. The food is really good. However, we tried a strange sausage stuffed chicken wing out of curiosity and it just tasted like cheap supermarket ready meal meat. All other dishes were great though! Service wasn't up to normal standards either: waitress was cold and interested she asked if we wanted any drinks having just taken our drinks order, and they forgot one of our dishes.
The food was stunning and it was nice to sit at the counter and see inside the kitchen but it was also quite hot to be sitting there close to the oven and I’d prefer slightly more space.nnFood comes when it’s ready, 4 plates plus desserts should be enough if not starving.nnService could have been better as they brought our wine late and then they told us we had to free the table within 10 minutes.
This place is awesome. The food is amazing and I found some delicious dishes that remind me if I was in Italy againnnI suggest to taste all the pasta and the charcuterie from the house. It is all homemade.nnI totally recommend this place. If you go to have lunch be aware they stop the kitchen at 3pm. Please reserve in advance, otherwise it will be difficult to find a table.
Booked a table at 17:30 on a Wednesday evening for two.nAmbience was nice and lovely.nI like the service, the people who serves you are all professional and welcoming.nThe food was a bit disappointing for its small portion. It was tasty but not like WOW soooo good. Please note all pasta is very small portions, if you go with a guy I think he can finish in a mouthful for sure nThe drink was good, dessert was very impressive. Honestly there’s nothing wrong, it’s famous restaurant which we always want to try for so long, however it’s just not as stunning as expected as we paid for £115 and feeling “empty”.nnPlease note: I wouldn’t recommend this place for a “date” especially if you only meet for few times. The space is quite narrow and can be a bit rushy vibe.
We loved this restaurant. Coming for an after work date, it's conveniently located but off the main road so not as hectic as the rest ofnShoreditch. The pictured pasta was exceptional, complemented by a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. The service was attentive yet unobtrusive, with prompt attention to detail. The simple yet well measured Negroni was ideal. Highly recommended for a relaxed date or anyone who appreciates Italian cuisine!
