Was given a voucher as a gift for a Big Mamma restaurant and we chose Carlotta based on the menu choices. We love Italian cuisine and were not disappointed at all. Wonderful food. Excellent service and even if we did not have a voucher we noticed the prices were very reasonable, considering we were in London. Would definitely go again. Highly recommended!
I’ve been to London many times, but never have I ate so well. The place has real class. The staff knows what they are doing and treat you pretty well. The food restrictions are dealt with care and the suggestions are on point. To bring it home, the food is delicious and the vibrant, comfortable space is miles away from your usual Italian restaurant.
nCarlotta is my absolute favourite restaurant in London! I first came here three years ago with my mum, and she said it was her favourite restaurant in the UK — and I completely agree. Everything from the food to the atmosphere and service is top-notch.nnI’ve recommended Carlotta to many of my friends, and this is already my fourth visit. This time, I had the pleasure of meeting the charming Mirko and the beautiful Aliya. Mirko was incredibly kind and thoughtful — when he found out our table was booked for 19:50, he helped us extend our time and even treated us to a cheesecake and tiramisu. It truly made my day and was the perfect ending to my trip in London!nnMy friends all loved it here and said they’ll definitely bring more people next time. Can’t wait to come back again soon!

This place looks small from the outside but its huge inside, like a tardis. The décor has strong glam appeal, though the food and service didn’t match the standard of other Big Mamma group branches. Our wine and water arrived after the food got to the table. The meatballs were tasty but lukewarm in the centre, but the steak was good and paired well with the peppercorns sauce. The cheesecake was the highlight of the night, light, firm, and full of flavour. I could eat two!
