I loved dining at Circolo. We didn't have a booking and came as walk ins on a Monday evening. We had tried other days to get a spot but they were very busy, and I can see why. Monday is probably the best chance to get a spot quickly as a walk-in.nThe food is delicious, I really enjoyed my Ragu. Our server was very friendly and we were happy with everything. The wine, my cocktail and dessert were all fabulous.nThe theme in the restaurant adds a great atmosphere, I loved the decorations.nSomething I thought was cool is you can pay your bill via the tables QR code. It also gives you the option to spilt the bill from there. You can view the menu via the QR code too.
Food was amazing and very delicious in my opinion, however, the service was a big let down right from the very start of our dining experience. Our starter took over 30 mins to come and was taken to the wrong table beside us, and our mains took more than an hour so it was pretty slow. I would say it is worth the wait whilst having a chat with your dining partner. They rectified the long wait times by giving us a free dessert off the menu and removed the service charge which was very nice of them to do so, I would come back to try their other food as it was very good. We had truffle pasta, burrata, and crab based pasta.
Wonderful recommendation from a friend and it did not disappoint. Very popular even on a Thursday afternoon and queue stared forming well before the doors open at noon. Excellent service. But the table was too tiny for the size of the plates. The fish was yummy. The pizza is good but the best of the best was the heavenly tiramisu. To die for!
When you see a restaurant with 30k reviews at 4.8 you really good into it expecting a lot. Unfortunately for us it was just overrated?nThe setting of the restaurant is beautiful. Really eclectic and super fun to look around. Its busy but can talk comfortably and the cocktails and drinks looked excellent. As far as our experience of getting some pasta and tiramisu, it had much to be desired.nI didnt think the service was exceptional considering the optional 12.5% tip and the pasta was bland. High quality ingredients, but just very 'English' in flavour profile and lacked any complicated depth i would expect.nIt wasn't bad, but it definitely wasn't amazing for the London price.
Circolo Popolare is such a stunning place — the interior alone makes it worth visiting, with its warm, lively atmosphere and beautiful design.nnThe food was simply delicious, full of flavor and clearly made with care. Everything felt fresh and authentic, making the whole dining experience even more special.nnThe staff were welcoming and attentive, even with how busy it gets. Overall, it’s a must-visit spot in Paris if you’re looking for great food in an unforgettable setting.
