Fantastic fresh tasty pasta in a really authentic feeling neighbourhood restaurant. We did a Sunday lunch and had to wait outside before it opened to guarantee a table as we had an early train home and gald we did as it soon filled up and you cannot book. The service was faultless and we all had different plates of food and everyone wad a winner and very reasonably priced for the area. Highly recommended.
Pasta was great, probably one of the best in London. Great price for the portion too. However, service wasn’t the best, we got seated in the middle of a sharing table when other seats were available and not reserved.
One of the best pastas in London, a lot of variety for vegetarians and vegans as well.nQuick service and great wine selection. The only downside is space, we had to be crunched up on a small table which made eating quite difficult otherwise 100% recommend!
Arrived just before 6 PM and didn’t have to queue walk-ins only. The staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was cozy.nnWe shared three pastas, all reasonably priced, generously portioned, and delicious. The pappardelle was my favorite—perfectly al dente with rich flavors. The tiramisu was a great finish to the meal.nnI ordered Moscato d’Asti expecting a sparkling wine, but it wasn’t fizzy. The staff were helpful, though it seems they don’t have it in stock. Not a big deal, but the menu could use an update.nnGreat experience overall—I’ll be back!
Cosy Italian restaurant located close to London Bridge station that serve all sorts of handmade pasta. No reservations can be made and the restaurant only accept walk-ins, restaurant opens at 17:30 but there was already a queue by the time I arrived at 17:45, didn’t want to wait long but me and my friend were seated downstairs sharing a table with another two customers.nnOrdered the carbonara, truffle tagliatelle and roasted pork shoulders tortellini. Found the tortellini and carbonara a bit too salty to my taste after having a couple of mouthfuls though they were really nice at first, so definitely prefer the truffle tagliatelle more which is not overpowered with the truffle. Decided to go for something different than the typical tiramisu and got the almond & prune tart which was sweet but it was balanced out with the creme fraiche served on a side.nnOverall an enjoyable meal even though the seatings can be tight especially during the weekends. Good service too and I would still love to go back to try more of their other dishes!
