Oh dear! Called in to the Pharmacy asking them to deal with my repeat prescription nearly a month ago (28 Day repeat) and was told they would handle the registration and obtain electronically, the prescription. Handed all my details of script from GP Surgery to help expedite this. Called two days before due to collect and was told that they couldn’t find anything!  Decided to call into the Pharmacy next day to confirm everything and the confusion that’s followed was disconcerting. Pharmacist sat at a screen and basically ignored me and the  young dispenser just looked bewildered!! Shockingly poor service? Going back to collecting the prescription myself, don’t trust this at all.

The staff are very careless and lack of responsibility. They told me that one of the medicines in the prescription is not in stock, so I did not received it and not payed for it. Then they submitted to the NHS that I took the medicine free of charge !!!! When I came back to them, they did not help and said "We could not remember" !!!! Very bad staff especially the responsible pharmacist.

Incompetent and useless, they refused to supply part 2 of the champix no smoking drug as a repeat prescription because it was not the same as part one!!!!!!!

This was to a person who could not leave her house.

She is now back on smoking 

Well done you incompetent idiots!
