M very unprofessional and unhelpful staff. They are unbelievably slow and make the patients wait unnecessarily and create long queues. I said I couldn’t pay cash and they told me to wait. After 30 minutes 3 of them came just to tell me I couldn’t pay cash again. I did pay with card previously in this place. Apparently you can’t pay with cards prescriptions now!? They should be better trained and more kind as often they have to deal with people that are struggling and in need of medications.

Just moved in.Absolutley brilliant and beautiful place. I can see I'm going to be very happy here.

The gentleman who vaccinated me today was very friendly. He communicated with me in a friendly way and instructed me about the next vaccine. Unfortunately, it's so far from where I live that it took me 40 minutes to walk.

Had my second covid vaccination and the gentleman Dr. McCarthy that did it was absolutely lovely! Made me feel at ease and very comfortable! Thank you. Couldn’t recommend this pharmacy more.

I was able to get a walk in booster jab at zero notice, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, even provided me with a mask when I didn't have change.  Without that jab I would have been unable to go on holiday to Spain on the same day, they saved the holiday, full marks!

I visited this Pharmacy to get my booster Vaccine, Dr McCarthy and the Lady who was on reception were both so friendly and helpful. Will definitely return!

Had my COVID booster here, both members of staff were friendly and efficient, and went above and beyond to help people and create a positive atmosphere. I think this is the first time I have enjoyed visiting a pharmacy!

Just had a wonderful interaction at Limelight Pharmacy. One member of the team really went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed, over the course of multiple visits. I hope her hard work continues to be recognised and appreciated.

I wouldnt even give 1 star the staff are arrogant and rude and full of them selves. U have 2 wait days for your mental health medication, they show no compassion, inefficient,  Thay make u stand waiting while they chat away in there native tongue, would NOT Recommend this pharmacy 2 anyone!!! I'm sure if they would just find a better way of communicating with Brooks bar medical practice as it's in the same building!!

Was informed my prescription was a repeat prescription when I last attended I rang 28th Jan to be told nothing had been received ran out of meds to keep calling and be told nothing has been received but shows confirmed 29th Jan it was authorised an sent over so the staff here don't look properly and can never get through. And when you go in your waiting 20mins just to pay for a prescription useless!
