Staff is very helpful.  The herbs are of high quality.  You can send an email with the list of the herbs that you require then call to order by phone. If any product is out of stock they will suggest alternative products.  There are also good deals for acupuncture needles from time to time.  If you really want to,  you can also order online. Or collect your products.
