This site is quite tired and looking its age. It has a reasonable selection of the sort of stock you'd expect to get in Boots as it's a fair size.
Staff are generally friendly and helpful.

Boots itself is decent but 90% time nobody is on the tills and the pharmacy are very slow since a year ago. Takes sometimes a good 30 mins to get prescription even though only 0-2 people in queue. Might switch to Manchester branch as even though busier they move a lot faster and its closer to me. Collected there once before my Dr when electronic took me 5 mins to collect while stretford one always takes minimum of 15 mins.

My 89 year old Mum was taken ill on Friday October 6th while shopping in Stretford Mall. Staff from Boots, Ima and Caroline, went to her assistance, called an ambulance and stayed with her until she was taken to hospital where she spent the night. The problem is very fixable and Mum will be calling into Boots to say her own thank you but I am very grateful to these wonderful people for being so caring and want to say a huge thank you to them.
