It is 11:47am on 16/05/25. I walked it to the station and as i was getting my ticket; out a guy in a beanie hat pushed through the double gates. The guy in his fluorescent jacket and a member of staff did not give a hoot. He was perched on the ticket office counter edge, texting away on his mobile phone. Not the first reviewer to spot this about pearching on the side doing absolutely nothing and getting paid. Please TFL can you put our ticket prices up a lot more so we can pay for these members of staff. They must be so weak and feeble because they cannot get up and do their job, all they can do is text. Maybe the company needs to pay them more.nnThere is absolutely no point in him being there if he is playing on his phone and has no concern for customers.
Please keep an eye on your staff falling asleep in the office. People were outside waiting for the doors to be opened. Missed the first train and nearly the second one. Luckily, we had a passenger arrive and they knocked on the office door to wake him up.
if u camt help the customer what you are doing by sitting on counter i had an emergency because i have health issue i asked for toilet he said ask the guy but the guy wasnt there i wait for morw than 5 mins later u people say he bully me this that noone bully u..only the thing is u r not doing ur job you are using phone by sitting in some corner when people need u make them wait when people have health issue
