We had a lovely lunch at the Mandarin Palace with our family. For lunch, the restaurant had an option for a business lunch of starter, main course and dessert. This worked out well as we could all make our individual choices. The selection was trio dim sum, vegetable platter, and hot and sour soup. For main course it was a selection of chow mein, Singapore noodles, Kung pao chicken, and chicken sweet and sour. Portions were generous, and flavour was good, but I won't call it excellent. Maybe it was ok by quick business lunch standard. A proper A la Carte meal would be a better measure. Overall a good experience.
Amazing restaurant and wonderful service. We ordered a variety of dishes to try and they were all top quality and full of flavours. This place is a hidden gem of the area. One of the best Chinese restaurants in East London. A must visit!
Food is really good especially the great selection of dim sum. Portion sizes are however on the smaller side considering the price. The young female waitress was very friendly but all other staff were miserable and not welcoming at all. They were in a rush to get us out by 9 even though I had called to find out the closing time beforehand.
Pretty decent local dim sum place if you don’t want to head to China Town and you live close by. Food is just as good as China town if not better than some places, prices are also cheaper than China Town. They have free parking at the back aswell which is a bonus, but you do need to go through an alley way from the back of the restaurant. Value for money: 8/10 Food: 8/10
Eating more traditional Chinese food meant travelling up to China Town in central, now there's no need. Mandarin Palace offers some amazing authentic Chinese food. Haven't tried the dim sum yet, but plan to. Highly recommend the Thai style chicken feet!
Extremely high quality mandarin food. I visited this restaurant lots due to yummy food. Strongly recommended Peking duck and pancakes and lobster noodles. Dim Sum is nice as well. These dishes needs skill and Mandarin Palace made a good job.

Best restaurant in the area. Always super delicious and freah food. Both when we go there or order take away. I never ordered from them and wasn't happy. Its just so tasty and quick delivery too. Thank you.
Very definitely a cut above the usual Chinese experience. Courteous reception, patient waiting staff, and excellent food. I appreciated particularly that a senior person from the kitchen came out to discuss our requirements. Thank you for a very pleasant evening. Wheelchair accessibility: Two doors through which one must negotiate entry. A couple of low steps to the inner nicer dining area. A wheelchair user will probably need help.
Had dinner with my family. The food was delicious and the service was great.Food: 4/5
