I would give this takeout 1.5 stars because the food was cooked and hot and delivered on time, however the food was tasteless. Even the dishes that should have been spicy and hot were bland also the peppers had not taste don’t know how that’s possible????? Won’t be ordering from them again. I feel like they gave me food that was cooked a week ago. It didn't look right nor did it taste right. I gave a special request that I do not want pork, they proceeded to add pork in my special fried rice. I am currently suffering from a belly ache after I just ate their food. That place needs an inspection ASAP.
I waited for about an hour an when my order did not arrive I checked and was told that the driver was running late and that it would be another 20 mins! When it didn't arrive I contacted the restaurant directly and was told that the driver would call...another 15 mins later I cancelled the order having no call from the driver..... rubbish service. I don't know how they got an overall 4/5 stars as actually reading the reviews you can see that this is a regular problem and apparently the food quality is not good either..... and I only ordered as they are just a mile from me!..PLEASE DON'T ORDER FROM HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!
SHOCKING time estimate was 1hr then 1hr 15 ... 1hr 30 and it arrived... ignored my message to call on arrival as I am aware we have no number visable and people are asleep knocks and moans about no door number then hands me my order with an item missing, refuses to call restaurant, so after he leaves I called them . Got hung up on. Only got 1star because zero isn't an option. Never again.
Less than half a mile from my home. I ordered at 9.21pm the guy turned up at 11.45pm. I'm not going to buy from here again. The food was very nice, just took to long to get here!
If I could give half a star I would, absolutely horrible tasting food!!! I got the mixed meat fried rice with king prawn chow mein, the taste left me feeling sick after a few bites, would not recommend to others or ever order again AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
The worst chinese I had in years. The Schezuan beef was a smelly oily stew with some meat. Most of the food is completely un-eatable. We had to throw the food away and order somerhing else.
Got Beef in Black Bean Sauce instead of King Prawn in BBS. Son had KP in BBS and it was like a soup and just tasted of peppers. Phoned the business. Not good. The young woman I spoke to was rude and argumentative, and reluctant to give any sort of apology. AVOID.
Food took such a long time to arrive, phoned the restaurant and no answer. After 2 hours food finally arrived but was cold... AVOID AVOID AVOID
Tasteless food and slow service. Very bad combination....
