Not been before bit had friends visiting, so decided it would be perfect for 6 of us. Good choices, about what you would expect for an all you can eat buffet. The kids especially enjoyed the deserts .
This is was the only option to choose beside McDonalds and I wish I had McDonalds at the time. The place doesn't look open as the blinds were all down on a good bright but rainy day. The owner or manager was not friendly at all, I would even say rude in his actions not verbally. Doesn't look like he is familiar with costumer service term, not just in the restaurant business but in general term itself. Tables were not properly cleaned and the actual lunch buffet was not even ready for 1pm as they open for lunch, most dishes were put closer to 2pm when most people already left. It wasn't that busy in the first place compare to McDonalds next door. The food, what we manage to try, was actually nice but the management, service and preparation of the place need to look after. Definitely won't come back, and will recommend to anyone not to go!
My family and I were here for lunch earlier today and we were disgusted with the service and the food! Anytime we had been before everything was always good but today made us never want to return! As soon as you arrive they now ask for your payment before you even take a seat which wasnt like that times before. We then had to sit waiting atleast 20 minutes or so for the food to even be set out for the buffet! When we finally did get the food, the chicken and rice wasnt cooked properly! The chicken was very pink inside and the rice was stuck together in clumps! We complained to the manager who just stood smiling at us and made out we were wrong and didnt even offer any money back or an apology, we will 100% never be back and not recommend anyone else to go!
Hardly have any staff, chicken tastes weird, theres no spoons or gravy, the staff should be walking about making sure all consumers are ok and take away their empty plates instead of just one staff sitting down doing nothing and i have to keep walking back and forth for spoons and things i needed for my 4 children... Definitely not coming back again...
Pretty nice Chinese all you can eat! There was a large selection of food and it was all so tasty I was sad I couldn't eat any more! The food is replenished regularly when it ran out and the food was hot off the pan! I'd love to come back here.
Want to be sick as hell? Only Mandarin bufet. Me and my wife go ther for Sunday lunch two weeks ago. After hour our stomach was just twisted and painful. I was still there shopping around so I go to talk to the owner. He was laugh me in face and he said I spouse be in hospital then here and chat to him if I feel sick. Worst experience ever and I find out some of our friends had the same experience. Not recommend to anyone unless you want to stock in toilet for ages.
I'm 13 years old and this is one of my favourite places to eat,only problem is that there is lots of mould on the wallsright above the buffet other than than there was no other problems,the food was great and the tables were very clean,i would definitely recommend this place,especially for people with younger kids
A great family restaurant. All you can eat, fill you plate as much as you want. A wide variety of tasty dishes. Selection of ice creams, fruit, choc cake and choc fountain
Slid around there greasy floor, stuck to the greasy dirty carpet..chairs arent very inviting to sit on, meant to be red but were more black in color..chips were cold and like rubber, the fridge were the deserts were kept must be broke my banana custard was warm..after eating a Small amount i looked up to the ceiling were the food was kept to see the black mould coming threw the wallpaper..right along and above the food..plates old and worn, cutlery was all shapes and sizes nothing matched...i wont be back.
Shocking , Dirty and the food wasn’t much better. In the carpark there is a couple of wheelie bins which look more inviting than the inside of this dump. Toilets are disgusting and service is a disgrace
