Good hearty food and a nice pint. Definitely worth a try if you're looking gir somewhere cosy and friendly to eat.
We called here for our dinner on a Sunday. My partner and I both for the sirloin steak. The steak was delicious. Huge portion. The chilli onion chips and garlic cubes were also really nice. I also got a cocktail which was lovely. Thank you !
A very nice bar and restaurant. Good food and the staff are attentive. We have been twice and both times were excellent.
The vegetarian burger I ordered was pretty disappointing. The patty was dry and the bun was chewy. Didn't look that great either, the chips were fine though. Some other members of my party felt similar about the food, some thought it was alright.
First time visit, Nice, Clean and tidy pub. Very friendly staff.nFood was hot and presented in an appetising and timely manner.nnFood was delicious and portions are plentiful .
