Very quiet because it was a freezing cold Monday night but the staff were friendly and orders came out quickly and were served hot. Portions were a good size and the food was tasty. Would call again

Good food, but it's one of those places that put an expiry date on their vouchers, which is scandalous and should be illegal. A two course Chinese meal for 2 effectively cost £60... Poor craic

Staff more interested in their phone than take a order for takeaway. Waited 15 min which is fine but after that I was getting up to ask and was met by can I take your order?? Like I just gave it to you , to find my food was behind counter not overly hot when got home and further to my disappointment was no curry sauce on the rice or chips just a dribble on top of my order. Shame as the good can be good , one star on this occasion!!

The Ruby palace is an excellent place to eat good food, and very friendly staff. Well priced menu with lots to offer. Excellent speed of service too.
