Stuart, Steve and Peter helped us move yesterday. Stuart came over and gave us an estimate but explained it was an hourly rate and could be a bit cheaper or more expensive depending on how long it takes. It ended up taking longer, and therefore more expensive, however we were happy to pay for this since our loft had so much stuff in and watching Stuart and the team work, they were not slacking at all. Also we moved into a 3 storey house so some extra time was taken because of that. 
Stuart helped out supplying cardboard boxes for a reasonable price plus some free, laying a carpet protector down that I had bought and taking a few bits of furniture apart for us. 
Overall they were very professional, we were very happy with the service and  would (and will) recommend them to friends and family. My only suggestion would be to put the quote/invoice in writing.
