Really pleasant experience both times we've been. Mamas and papas staff know their products and the new price match they're offering is great. James helped us pick a baby carrier from a few we were looking at, talking us through the best ways to use it, the features we may not have noticed on our own and generally being very helpful and polite. Our experience a few months ago when looking at pushchairs was the same.nThe only issue was that the stock held by Mamas & Papas in store wasn't exhaustive for understandable reasons but we bought the carrier from their online store after such a positive experience in store.
Served today by Reggie at Mama and Papas Farnborough! What a great service!!nWas very knowledgeable with the pushchairs, car seats and bundles! Explained how they all functioned and dismantled so well and easy to understand!nGreat asset to the business! Unreal service, would recommend him to anyone!nThanks again Reggie!
Faultless experience with Reggie last Friday at the store. Was so knowledgeable and not at all pushy on trying to get us to buy certain items, seemed genuinely interested in us finding what worked for us as a family. 5 stars!!!
I wanted to give Phoebe a review as she was really lovely and helpful with helping us choose a pushchair! She was friendly, professional and didn’t mind collapsing multiple pushchairs over and over again. The staff in general were also lovely and made our baby laugh. 5 stars all round!
I have always had a brilliant experience using Mamas & Papas Farnborough. From the early visits in advance of baby arriving to talk about pram systems quite a daunting task but their team are so knowledgeable and provide zero pressure to purchase to upgrading baby seats and even locating missing proof of purchase months later - so helpful it's always a pleasure to deal with them
