My house is two minutes away from your shop and you tell me that it’s too far for it too be delivered . Your service is appalling and I would never recommend anyone to come to your shop. Ive orders from your shop about three times and every time I do you take my money and never deliver. Last time I came into your shop people were smoking cannabis and I also fount two long strands of hair in my food. The fork you gave me to eat my food with had been used as it had bite marks on it. I am a highly disappointed with your service. I’m going to make sure something is done about it.

1. Rolled her eyes as we entered and was very defensive when we asked her what she would recommend. 2. Immediately told us when the shop was closing before we could make an order. 3. Kissed her teeth when we said goodbye People like her make it hard to support black businesses! Would never step foot in there again.

When your regular customer, you rely on regular service so when you say you open at 10am but kiss ya teeth and say your not open at 11.07am, don't be so rude to people who pay ya wages, enough wages that you don't have to open when you advertise cause you must be doing really well, I advise u to open when at 10 as you falsely advertise and buy the staff some new uniforms as guts are out and it doesn't look nice, scruffy, rude people lost mu custom.

VERY VERY DISAPOINTED. After spending £15:00 on 2 large dinners & 1 side. Takeaway. On getting home. (7 miles away). Opening the cartons, prior to warming. To find one carton containing 4 pieces & the other 5 pieces of meat. The rest consisting of dry rice. Ruined my evening. I used to call in regular whilst passing.
