Shame on the staff! Complete muppets. Homeless man had clearly saved up enough to get something warm to eat, had sat down and collapsed. Guy behind counter couldn't care less... People left front of queue to assist, then staff refused to serve them once they had done the job the staff failed to exercise due care over and look after their customers. Simply refused service with a banal 'go to the back of the queue'. Hopefully store manager will read this and discipline his staff better.

For such a pivotal location near a train station and a series of bus stops, you would think time would be crucial, especially during the morning rush where people need to get said trains and buses. This is not the case here. Often times there’s a line of people going to the door at 7:30 in the morning, only one person serving and another employee will add insult to injury by going onto the floor and re stocking sandwiches that already have a few there. The priority should be serving a customer but this place doesn’t seem to care one way or another. Foods alright.
