We are frequently here with our caravan and everything is always clean and well kept. Lots to see and do nearby and plenty of shows at the Three Counties Showground. Lovely views and a relaxing place for a short break

This is now a Camping and Caravaning Club site called Blackmore C&CC Site. (I now understand that a Caravan & Motorhome Club site is right next door to the Camping & Caravanning Club Site. In fact they share the same entrance).

I stayed here for a couple of nights as a stopover as my final destination was too far to drive in one go. It was not their busiest although it was quite full. The site was very clean and tidy and the staff were friendly at check in. As the site was very large I hardly saw the staff at all so it wasn't as easy to build any rapport as you tend to do with smaller sites. Also it was a bit confusing at the entrance as there was two entirely different club sites with the entrances next to each other and a tired traveller could easily choose the wrong one.

Peaceful site with good space.....well kept grounds. Used as a stopover on our way to bude. Toilet block excellent...disabled facilities the same. Could do with extra bins for dog walkers to put their bags in. Very friendly staff....flowers round reception area a credit to site. Would stay there again.
