DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! I found this company via Google search. Prior to booking, I called the Maidenhead number provided on their website, to ask a few questions re: documentation required for a non-UK driving licence holder. I then proceeded with the booking, paid the deposit £50.00 and received my booking confirmation via email. Following that, I received another email informing me that the Maidenhead office was closed and all collections & returns should be made from the Windsor office. This was not mentioned in the booking confirmation; I wasn't informed about that during my phone call either. I replied in order to cancel my booking, because Windsor was not convenient for us, but had no response. I also called the Maidenhead office, as well as the Windsor office multiple times and left voicemails but has no call-backs. Looks like they will only help you pay the deposit but once that's done, you will never hear from them.

picked up a car at short notice this morning. it was great help and even offered to collect the car.
