Nice little store with good quality shoes. They had a good sale on when we went there. There were two members of staff. One I found friendly and accommodating the orne rather aloof. We bought several shoes and geld we got great value for money. I would recommend to to all ladies with larger feet. Can't beat a quality shoe. Not a place to buy 5 inch heels
Ilona and Alina were magnificent in being able to meet my requirements efficiently and provide a premium professional service experience. I found a fantastic pair of shoes within minutes and enjoyed my time within the store. The ladies are very proficient and polished in their roles and product knowledge coupled with a fine array of quality shoes at reasonable pricing. Thank you for this fantastic experience - you have certainly gained a lifelong customer.
Ordered online so ordered 2 sizes as not sure which would be the best fit. Love the range of shoes available, it's not easy buying shoes as a big footed woman, but these guys certainly make it easier. My returns were processed super quickly and the team were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be returning for more shoes!
I had a lovely visit to the shop. The assistant couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. She measured my feet at my request so that I would choose the right size. Great range of shoes and slippers. I was spoilt for choice. I will definitely be back.
It's great that there's a store for women with larger shoe sizes. Whenever I order shoes online; they never fit right. But at Magnus if a size 9 feels a tiny bit tight you can try it on in a size 10 no problem. Very friendly staff.
Despite their nondescript window selection, they have some really wonderful shoes, great sales and the most patient and accommodating team. Hope they'll stay around for good!
I find the staff very helpful and pleasant.The parking does not worry me as public transport is straightforward form Surrey.. I wouldn't drive to London in the day at all. The prices are good.
Magnus shoes ltd is okay if you are a lady with big feet, you are sure to find your size though the shoes don't come cheap. A major minus is the lack of parking space for car owners.
