I love going to this shop. I travel across London to go there. I’ve never been to a friendlier and more helpful shop. One particular lady is especially lovely and remembers me even though I only go every 1-3 years! She told me that when the heels of the shoes I bought wear down, I can get them re-heeled rather than buy new ones. How nice was that for her to say that rather when it could save me money that I would have otherwise spent in the shop?
Wanted to love it but I found the staff member who assisted me with trying shoes on rude and quite condescending. Lovely range of clothes and shoes but let down by the lack of customer service. Won’t be returning due to that - I would rather shop online and not feel like I’m an inconvenience!
