Reluctant to even give a 1 star but that’s the only option. Horrendous very old school drivers who don’t know the best/quickest/cheapest ways to town. Can’t even innocently drink a bottle of beer midday. Give me an uber any day! I will never use again.

Book a taxi, it doesn't turn up, call up, operator claims 'it was outside' and abuses caller when asking why it hasn't turned up. No notification. Ignore said persons subsequent calls. Another person calls and is answered immediately. Abuse to second caller. Never call Magnum again.

I do not recommend!!! At all!! Nevertheless they are never on time , but also they are racist !! I have been stereotyped by at least three drivers so far just because I am a Muslim woman!! When they see me they do not even bother to get off and help me with my daughter's buggy!!! Unprofessional and impolite !! In the last ride with them , the driver  offended me and I cried and called the company but they made a joke out of me , so I stopped using the service for ever!!

Used these for years, not anymore. Phoned up from a location I often call from only to be told "there's no taxi in the area", yeah that's why I phoning for one you idiot.
I know it's only a small issue but when you're in Bolton town centre on a quiet Tuesday night freezing cold, it's quite annoying.
