Would give zero stars if I could. Absolutely terrible service. Rang to book, got the text that said they were outside - they weren't. Apparantly couldn't find the address (not hard to find) and couldn't be arsed to wait. When I tried to ring back to see where they were they hung up on me, then blocked my number. Disgraceful. DO NOT USE THEM!

They have no idea what customer service is. I was complaining about the amount of time I'd been waiting and the poor service. So instead of apologising or being empathetic, they just cancelled my booking, making me late getting my daughter to school.

I've usually found them pretty efficient and pretty good value cost-wise. They've never let me down, and the only problem I've ever had with them has been getting them to understand where I want picking up when I've been at the Rock. They have to pick me up opposite the little roundabout outside J D Sports, as I can't walk far. The driver(s) didn't seem to want to come down to the roundabout (don't know why) and gave me the runaround after leaving me standing for 15 - 25 minutes (this has happened 3 or 4 times now) Some of the drivers are a bit grumpy and sullen, but most of them seem pleasant enough, and some are really nice - much like people in general, I guess. Still, the way I see it, if you're in a profession that deals with the public, it helps if you actually appear to like people...or at least make an effort to seem as if you do.

Would give 0 stars if possible... Book taxis either hours before or even days before and they are never on time always 20mins late at a minimum and daughter is always late for school complete joke of a company 🖕

Always treat me and my kids with so much care and respect. Drivers really kind, patient and go the extra mile with things like folding peaks etc!
