Maghull Family Surgery

Never had an issue with the practice. I'm always seen or given a phone call either that day or that week. I know some surgery's where you wait months to speak to a doctor. Always been happy with the advice. Thank you.

Wanted to complain and they said they only take complaints in writing. I wrote a letter, handed it in and heard nothing back. Just made an appointment and I'm booked for a telephone consultation in 4 weeks time.

iI outdoor just like to thank everyone at the surgery who have been amazing throughout the pandemic.I was even referred to a private hospital in Rainford to have a cyst removed ,all sorted with a couple of phone calls and a photo sent to Dr Narula .

this practice keeps sending texts regarding making appointment for vaccine - no ability to respond to the texts to opt out - rang the surgery to ask for these texts to be stopped only to be told 'no' and/or 'write in to ask for them to be stopped' and the woman on the phone was not the friendliest or most helpful

rude, unorganised, one person in the whole office that can access emails apparently. In general they are very happy to not help. They literally go out there way to not help.

Bad attitude of receptionist I have been removed from this practice without asking or being asked very unprofessional

Horrible GP. Rude staff, appointments are never on time, doctors never listen to you and just want to get out out as soon as you’ve sat down.

difficult in getting past the gatekeeper, phones left inactive during opening hours

Very rude receptionist she has a bad attitude can’t get passed her
