Friendly and helpful staff, rooms were spacious and well kept with small touches such as shampoo and conditioner, caramelized biscuits, fresh towels and tea and coffee provided and restocked daily (would not expect these free touches in such a budget). Fully stocked and spotless kitchen along with a kitted out shared bathroom. Location is ideal for visiting both the beach and the high street, can hear the seagulls! Staff helped us when we forgot the key and got locked out! Improvements include -A more thorough clean every night -Not wheelchair accessible -Room 1 on first floor does not have a brilliant view (room 3 does) But for such a little price and as long as you tidy up after yourself you will have a lovely visit!!! Will certainly return!

We were treated by the owners and upgraded to the sea front apartment. It is a lovely newly refurbished apartment right on the promenade. Great facilities, lovely comfortable bed and ideally located. A real pleasure. Our hosts were very friendly and welcoming. A must place to stay.

The place is quite new, but needs freshen up. For example bedrooms are really cosy and linen and towels are good quality, there is a kitchen for guests to use, and has everything you need. They are losing points at the bathroom which starts being mouldy and the blinds being yellow of ageing. Kitchen also it could use a deep clean, but that may be just me. It is in good location and we had good nite sleeps so if circumstances align we may come again. :)

All staff friendly and helpful. Lovely room with comfortable bed and great attention to detail. Very clean with modern decor. What more could you ask for!

Beautifully decorated, a short block from the sea. For £40 i didn't expect en suite or a large tv. Very impressed.
