Lovely setting and excellent service. Starter was a bit small, just 2 very small skewers. Food very tasty but could do with being a bit warmer but that's because I like my food hot
Lovely little place! Very welcoming, very attentive and accommodating, food was all lovely and well presented, the covid safe layout and procedures are good and there are signs on the floors and around to tell you what to do, there are also lots of forestry walks nearby to enjoy
Thankyou to all the polite staff for a lovely evening, service and meal at the Maenllwyd last night. We could not fault anything restaurant and toilets spotlessly clean. Your procedure due to coronavirus excellent and very clear. I would definitely recommend and looking forward to our next visit .

This was amazing. Staff were fantastic and friendly. The food was out of this world. A great place to go. Clean and adheres to all guidelines regarding Covid. Felt safe .
Food and beer service was too notch couldn't complain would definitely visit again
We just had a fantastic meal, i had hake with cabbage bacon ect would definitely have that again well presented. My husband had slow cooked lamb he also really enjoyed his. Relaxing atmosphere staff very helpful and friendly. Can't wait to go back
