I love coming to this pub with my brother or friends. Even when they are busy and have reservations, they will do their best to fit you in for food. Meals are inexpensive and always very tasty. I had the vegan Chilli with rice and nachos on the weekend and my bro had a mixed grill. We weren't disappointed. Highly recommended.
Have been visiting the Green Lady for years now, lovely pub always with a good atmosphere. Clean, welcoming, helpful staff and friendly service. Family/child friendly also. Wheelchair accessible and baby changing facilities in place. Reasonably priced. It loses a star as I requested a rare steak and I got medium well, but it was still tasty even then.
What a pleasant surprise. Called in for a Sunday dinner at short notice. Very good value for money. Quick service by friendly staff. Well worth a visit
Lovely food at a reasonable price. Food could have been hotter, and drinks order didn’t go through to the bar from the app, we had to go to the bar and ask for them. But overall enjoyed and would return

Was very dissatisfied as I had booked a table for 7 which included 2 elderly family members & my daughter of 15 to be told on the evening of booking while being seated that my daughter would have to leave the premises by 9pm. Not once was I informed of this when I made the booking which was confirmed twice as I had to change the number in booking as obviously if I was told no way would I have made it for that time as no chance of having our meal & finishing it in half hour with it being so late and a Xmas booking was no chance of going somewhere else so had to have take away . Gentleman who took the booking was adamant he told me which more or less was saying I was a liar as he absolutely did not! Very disappointed in the service
The Greenlady is a fabulous pub. Atmosphere is lovely, I always feel very safe and welcomed whenever I visit. The Sunday dinners are delicious and plentiful. There is a good selection of wines and drinks. The landlord Adam and his partner Emma are very friendly and welcoming as are all the staff, nothing is too much trouble and they work very hard to make a home from home. The pub is at the heart of the community and Adam often holds fundraisers for local causes. Although part of the Marstons chain. Adam and his staff make the the pub a true ‘local’ .
Really enjoyed my food today, amazing service as well. Jelena was extremely friendly and all the staff were lovely. Will definitely recommend
Had lunch with my sister and granddaughter. The service was great and the food was fantastic. The staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful.
My husband and I today had two perfect rump steaks cooked to medium perfection, chips etc. piping hot, all in all a lovely meal and excellent service from Adam and his crew.
