Beautiful place in a stunning setting. We were pleasantly surprised with our rooms which were kitted out with everything we could need. A warm greeting at the door and easy instructions. The stairs were a killer. Breakfast was hot and to order but also included continental options. My favourite part was the take away coffee cups by the bed, which were for our use upon leaving. I took a freshly brewed one in the car as we drove home. :)

We use this place quite a lot for our drivers accommodation. Always very helpful and fairly priced, nothing is to much trouble. With the nature of our work and the hours are not always the easiest to be there on time, but in fairness Maenllwyd are all ways very accommodating to the time our drivers arrive. Will defiantly be booking in the future.

Cute little town with a few good places to shop or eat. Quite and nice. Not many tourists.

Gareth is an excellent host. Good breakfast and cozy rooms. We left something by accident and he shipped it on his own cost to us in Belgium. 👍

Gareth was awesome, super down to earth bloke who keeps tidy house and was very accommodating. We did a two day mountain biking trip and having a plush warm bed was icing on the cake.
