The Receptionist lady started Filming us on her phone as we were on our way out after having paid for an expensive meal. She was using her iPhone to film us. I asked the manager politely for the name of the receptionist in order to raise an official complaint however this request was denied. The receptionist holds a video of me and my partner on her phone which is unacceptable. We are not in any way celebrities and we're just enjoying a nice meal together. This is illegal behaviour and we have been left shaken by this incident.

Absolutely love this place! The staff are so kind and friendly. On one occasion I was like £1 short for my food and the lovely guy who served me was so cool about it and told me to drop the money off to him the next day. And today I left my purse in my other bag and didn’t notice until I was about to pay. When I told him he said the exact same thing and told me to just drop the money off to him tomorrow. I decided to just go and get my purse anyway and by the time I left to go get it and came back my food was ready. The food is amazing and only two minutes away from my work as well which is an added bonus. Would highly recommend this place to everyone! Their coronation chicken panini's are delicious!
I have just started using this takeaway and have had three different soups so far, I am yet to be disappointed. My work has plenty of takeaways close by but I have decided its worth the 10 min walk as the quality and value is very good plus I get a good stretch of the legs.
Phoned up Madison's today for the first time to check they were open after lock down. Very friendly on the phone and offered if i would like to order over the phone and collect due to it being raining and not having to stand outside for long due to Covid restrictions. Food was Amazing & reasonably priced - far better that anywhere else in close proximity. Very friendly staff! Would recommend to anyone wanting a good breakfast roll. I will definitely be going back.
the best hangover cures in the city !! the rolls and sausage are some of the best food i’ve had in a while in glasgow and the chips are amazing.. if i’m being honest the chips are 100% something i crave when i have had a couple drinks and the genuine service is impeccable, i cannot fault. thank you for being my go to when i’m hungover or just craving a little taste of home

I come from a background of leathering scrans as I almost broke the world record at eating mince pies. The chicken noodle soup and cake I received today was absolutely amazing. Keep up the good work guys that has made my day!
Great place for food! Regularly get lunch from here and it's always a pleasant experience. All staff are lovely and the food is great. Very fair pricing.
