After work today, I decided to stop by Chicken Cottage in Glasgow for a quick bite. I ordered the fillet burger, hoping it would be a good way to end the day. When my order arrived, I could tell right away it was freshly made. The burger itself was fantastic—the fillet was perfectly crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside, just the way I like it. Every bite was flavorful and satisfying. The staff were also super friendly, making the experience even better. It felt like they genuinely cared that I was enjoying my meal, which added a nice touch to the visit. Definitely worth the stop, and I’ll be going back soon!
I ordered a fairly large order on uber eats. arrived cold, missing 5 wings, missing a burger and missing 3 drinks went to phone to complain and their phone number is wrong across all sites. As someone who orders regularly from here it’s safe to say i will not be using chicken cottage againFood: 1/5
It’s been a while since I last went to this place to eat, and today I went back to see how the food and the service was like. UNFORTUNATELY the service and food was horrific. I had placed my order and stood to observe the staff and I could see them not paying attention to details when making the food for the customers. No one seemed to care about the standards of their service to the public. When leaving the establishment and heading back home I had noticed that something from my order was missing, I went back to receive my order that I had fully paid for and was chatting with the staff member at the till explaining that I hadn’t received a receipt for my order and that I was missing a burger. It took a while but i did manage to receive my order in full, he also promised me that he would make it right. Receiving the burger I had noticed at home that it was still not completed. That’s why I am writing this review. Chicken cottage is in my opinion not my choice of takeaway anymore for the rest of my life. I think they need to re-evaluate their purpose in our community and focus on huge improvements.
went there and was met with genuinely the nicest staff i have ever come across, they really seem to make an effort to connect with their customers to greater impact the joy of the succulent chicken served. The food is grilled to perfection, Nandos who? This establishment is a must visit for anyone who wants their taste buds blessed and blessed again.
Got from here a few times….its never consistent. Got a chicken burger and it was sitting out for 5 minutes before the guy eventually put my order together. By the time I got to eat it there was barely any heat to it. Had to throw half the burger out. No one wants to eat a cold chicken burger?!? That has happened the last couple of times so quite disappointed. The chips are always spot on though.
I kept phoning the number on google same number that is displayed next to their logo kept saying number doesn’t exist. So I went into store instead, stood in the Q, waited about 20-30 mins before 4 other customers until I got to front “oh we have ran out of chicken so I don’t know what to give you” wow ok.. you couldn’t tell me while I was standing waiting all that time???
The best chicken I’ve had by far, the quality of the chicken outdoes all other places around including kfc which is local. Including fried and grilled. The portion sizes are always above average Staff are always friendly and happy to help and accommodate I’ve been a regular customer for many years now and will continue to be for the future

Excellent quality of food Chicken was very juicy,soft and well cooked. Chicken Burger was also juicy,tender and fresh Will definitely recommend and kindly keep maintain your food quality.
Asked for Mild rice I have been given spicy instead even my kids didn't tried it. When phoning the branch isn’t working just waisting money here.Food: 1/5
