Whenever I have come here with friends or family we are all pretty pleased with the quality and service. It's in a busy part of London road but there are a few dessert places here so we have never had to worry about seating. They have 3 floors of seating available. If you are driving then it can be difficult to find parking. Great place to go after a meal out. The stores on this road compliment each other.
This has gone down hill since I last visited. I won't be back and wouldn't recommend. Popped in for a dessert but was disappointed at what we saw. We opted for ice cream which was nice enough, but nothing you can't get elsewhere. I'm not sure why there was a crushed can of redbull on one of the flavours. And the seating was absolutely filthy see pics. The staff were friendly but when they cleaned our table the cloth they used was filthy grey like the seating.
A real gem of an independent café in Leicester, a true delight. Beautifully fresh food savoury and sweet, the most gorgeous cakes and bakes. And to top it all off, a proper barista coffee. Well worth the money and a visit, highly recommended!!

The decor and setting of this coffee/ dessert place is very nice. You can come here and spend time with family/ friends whilst having coffee, desserts, cakes or savouries. I think their waffles are overpriced. They're nice but I think you pay a lot for the small portion. Their coffee is brilliant and I would come back here just to have coffee. Their cheesecake selection and portion is good and reasonably priced. They accept card payments. They have ample seating too. It's definitely worth a visit if you haven't already been.
Nice comfortable place with a lot of space, good for small or large groups, decent variety of drinks hot/cold, and the same for desserts, pricing is standard and comparable with other parlours. Main issue is parking is not always available locally and also the service isn't as adequate as i would have liked, we asked for a jug of water and an extra spoon and they were not very busy, items requested did not arrive at all.
The seating and ambience is amazing, the seats are so comfortable and there's a range of places to sit. The ice creams are so creamy and smooth. The waffles are okay. The hot chocolate was so smooth and and sweet. The sundaes are good. I would recommend this to families and friends as the atmosphere is friendly.
Nice and peaceful atmosphere, even more during wet weather. Great quality food and drink although a little pricey for sandwiches and cakes. The decor is really nice however sofas might need an update as they are quite worn out. But the service is great, friendly and professional.
Ordered a large Cappuccino and a regular mocha. They were both great. Extra seating in the basement as well. Would definitely recommend this place for a coffee.
I saw the reviews and went here with friends. I was quite disappointed. The desserts were very average. Cookie dough was burnt. Apple crumble bland and tasteless. Brownies were of an unpleasant texture and not very tasty. The tea / hot drinks were good. The seating area is really dirty. Carpet, cushions etc all filthy and in a really bad condition. Really needs an overhaul and improvement.
