The variety of gelato on offer is great, with decent portions. Didn't have the waffles, friend did and they smelt delicious. Like that there are video screens showing the production process of some of the items on the menu.
I love the waffle and Pistachio gelato.. the place is very good and great to have desserts in .. lots of choices and lots of ice cream flavours
I love them ..not only the quality remains and favourite deserts never change. But also it's lovely staff. Because of their approach to my little one who loves this place I am coming back there more often bringing rest of family along. These guys should teach staff at Madison's Deserts to be so professional, natural and happy..
Great selection of delicious gelato flavours and lovely booth seating. They have a great range of yummy ice cream sundaes, waffles, crepes and milkshakes. Opportunity to create your own or choose from the menu. Definately worth a visit!
Excellent ice cream parlour with friendly staff and amazing sundaes
Nice choice of different gelato, shop has a nice modern design which I really like. Portions are quite big, I'd say go one size smaller than what you think you want, for example I got a large, but was too much for me so a Medium would have been better. One thing I wish could be better is the price.
Went to the taste event for the introduction of the freaky shakes. Some interesting combinations. We also discovered that a room was available to book for private events and parties. The tasting of the gellato was my favourite part of the evening. Dont forget council staff discount!!
My favourite cafe in leicester .meal deal pancakes drink and an ice .a bit big for me could do with someone to share with .staff are really helpful and laugh at all my jokes .the manager has given me permision to do interactive comedy and at new year and other times he generously gave a number of hot drinks to the homeless . So well done + i love the tshirts
Great selection of waffles, ice cream and gelato, and hot chocolates! Open until like 3am which is great for students and a late night snack! This is a favourite for me and my flatmates
I was at the place on Sunday 8.5.16 between 2pm and 3pm. It was a shambles. Don't get me wrong the ice cream was delicious and Antonio who was the only one serving customers sitting in, was great! Apart from that I have rarely seen a place as disorganised as this. As I said there was One person serving all the tables and seemed to be the only one to who cared about giving a great customer service. One item of our order was missing and Antonio tried to let someone know behind the counter...in the end he went and did it himself as no one was listening or paying any attention. Everyone else about 7 or 8 people were behind the counter and looked like they hadn't got a clue what they were doing or appeared to even want to be there and work. Not sure if it is that they are not properly trained or/and Management don't manage the place properly...Fact is I felt that there were too many Ego's and NO Team work going on in that place.
