Good place for authentic Indian-Punjabi meals. Alcohol is served. the place does get busy on Friday and Saturday dinner times better book table in advance or be prepared to wait. they also have an excellent options in desserts. Service is excellent and friendly. on the downside the place is expensive compared to other local restaurants. We Paid £96 for 5 adults and a child three course

Upon being seated, I asked the woman at the door who I probably spoke to on the phone when booking my table, if she’d welcome a suggestion. As she said yes, I proceeded to offer it. But as soon I began saying that the restaurant could tell its customers about parking in the phone, she said there a notice on the door about parking! I was incredulous- how could I see it over the phone. She then said most customers ask, putting the onus on me!! I could not believe her responses!!! Extremely un-customer friendly and totally impolite, considering my inquiry about soliciting suggestions. She then come over later after I made the same suggestion to the Assistant Manager to make amends; of course I blanked her out and she retreated without a word this time. I was embarrassed in front of my guest. Shan’t be going there again. One star is for this experience. Food was great.

Lovely food at a reasonable price. Authentic flavors of india, this restaurant is well above the standard indian restaurant in london. The staff are exceptional especially the receptionist. I definitely recommend it

Superb cocktails... Poor service... cosy Ambience. Think twice for my next visit.

I was disappointed with the food and service. I had high expectations at Madhus because if you feature in one of the most luxury department stores in the world you should up hold the quality and service in the restaurants. I guess I'll just have to eat at Harrods from now on.
