Good place good service

I had a great experience at Mercedes Benz Bellingham. I found what I was looking for and found the exact car at a fair price with amazing customer service. Management was great too and seemed to care a lot. Friendly, caring, kind, not pushy people and helpful. And they most important thing that they listened to me. I highly recommend them and this dealership.

Dealt with Mercedes for years always drove a Mercedes, always older vans with high mileage but Bell trucks always have sound advice and up front and honest staff, my van has 208000 miles on the clock, and is 20 years old so although not high annual mileage it still needs maintaining properly, which Bell Truck's have always helped me to do.

Can't recommend them enough especially Ian experience on our old 814 vario was invaluable we will be back. Hopefully not too soon

Van a day late in being looked at due to "other breakdowns" and then quoted £1115 just for labour costs to fit a vacuum pump! Who is doing the labour, David Beckham? I'm assuming they put you up in a 5 star hotel & Spa while the fitting is taking place for this price?  Anyway, van collected and sent to a former mercedes mechanic who can buy the part in and do the job without coming anywhere near those labour costs alone.  Wont be sending any of my fleet back to mercedes in future.

Great pub lovely staff

I was surprising when I knew prices for parts for Mercedes Van [from Germany ] - good quality and prices. Also I am like customer have Contract with Bell Truck to make repairs, services, etc. And have 15% offer for everything. Customer Service agents very friendly and professionaly do their jobs.

The lads in the parts department are fantastic. My van was poorly and it took me a while to sort it out, and these guys were only too happy to help and gave me some great advice, Thanks again brilliant.

Don’t fix faults on trucks just try and fob drivers off.  Only 1 out of 3 power sockets works in my truck and they’re telling me they all work. It’s going back on Monday and won’t be going anywhere until it’s fixed.
