Wanted a quality hat in the ghastly cold rainy weather today.. Spotted a red wool number and bought it immediately. Charming service and there on the spot in Picadilly when I needed them. Perfect.

Service was very rushed and flippant. The primary goal was to sell me anything and say anything to make that happen. Was quite expensive when I compared my  cashmere scarf to others. Not a pleasant buying experience.

Don't recommend. Even though they mention "SALE", their price is higher than original price.  In price tag, it shows discount from 240 GBP to 220 GBP. But it is still 20 GBP higher than original price.  I don't like this kind of approach.

Pushy , pressure selling style tactics to get you to buy , the foreign one is rude and forceful
