A Suit That Fits

Just picked up my suit after the final fitting. The suit is better than I could have ever expected. The experience from the first fitting to the last was very enjoyable. Tremaine guided me through the entire process and my choices, and made sure my suit fitted very well. What is more, compared to all the other options is amazing value! Tailor made three-piece suit and shirt for my wedding. Seamless process, Julian and his team are very approachable, professional and keep things simple. Flat price regardless of the material and all details/alterations possible. I came in for a suit, it was my first experience in the custom made suits and it was an excellent experience throughout. They know what they are doing and I felt well informed throughout the process, and I came out quite a happy customer. As some sort of feedback I would suggest better storage of the clothes that you're buying. Sometimes you need to pace in London in order to get to your destination on time, and if you're trying something on that doesn't quite fit I would hope the item to be washed and stored neatly for the next fitting. This is something minor in my eyes and if I were to need another item of clothing this would be my first choice, however there is room for growth. Solid 9/10

Great service, got my wedding suit in-store. Took about 5 weeks from initial fitting to having suit. Tremaine who is the fitter there, is an absolutely legend, made process very easy.

I chose Casual Fitters to make my wedding suit and was delighted with the result. The entire process was smooth and simple. Tremaine in the Spitalfields branch went above and beyond to make sure that I was properly kitted out for my big day, taking time to answer all my stupid questions and offer helpful insight and advice. Would 100% recommend.

Impersonal process, OK fit, good in shop experience. To start with the positive, the experience in the shop is positive. Tremaine is knowledgeable and takes good care of you. However, the overall process is absolutely impersonal, which is the reason why I won't return to the shop. Overall, the shop does not consider any special needs you may have regarding timing. I will write bullets for the sake of brevity: 1 Lead time is 6 weeks 2 1st fitting session cannot be booked in advance. You need to wait until the shop receives your suit to then book an appointment. If you have travel commitments, it is not possible to plan in advance 3 2nd fitting cannot be booked in advance, again. Also, the initial fit was horrible. I needed corrections in sholders, sleeve length, chest, and waist. This signals poor handling and work from the first session to the 1st fitting session. Yet, the final work is acceptable and the quality of the material is superb. All in all, I will not return given that I expect I much better service from a shop providing tailor-made garments. I would 100% recommend the shop Señor to those travelling to Barcelona often or those who want to have 2 get aways in Barcelona.Service: Design
