All I can say is when you if you smell a rat it's not a duck. Been through this too many times. Listen to your gut!
Totally incompetent , never reply to emails, never sort out any issues within a tenement. We’ve had a problem with lazy tennents dumping rubbish for over 2 years yet all Macfie can do is send us bills for it to be cleaned up ! Be warned ! And If you ring up darth Vader will be rude unhelpful and sarcastic !!!

Resigned after leaving an A listed city centre building in total disrepair dispite been told by residents to fix the building. After 5 year and paying the them 1200+ a year, they do a runner. Avoid at all costs
Did work on our drain pipes leaking fixed 2 brackets left 3 broken so guess scaffolding ect will have to come out again and get charged 1000s for a job not done properly first time
